Transformation

Our natural state of being is becoming. So why, then, are we so fearful of change? Sometimes it’s fear that holds us from the life we were created to live and sometimes it is simply not knowing the next best step to take to get us from where we are to where we want to be. This process is called transformation.

Transformation aligns us more deeply with who we were created to be-- whole and harmonious in mind, body and spirit. Anytime there is a disconnect, dis-ease results. Whatever it is that isn’t in alignment, whatever keeps you from becoming, Aubrey’s gift is to see the vision of potential within you and guide you in purposeful, intentional steps to empower you to bring that vision to fruition. Whether you’re feeling the pull to change your space, your image, your profession, your mindset or your life, it is well-being that leads to well-living.



 

The Temple

 

Wisdom traditions say your body is a temple. It’s what houses your soul. It is the sacred vessel which carries you through all the days of your life. It is also a wealth of wisdom in and of itself but if you don’t know how to heed its messages, that wisdom can sometimes use disease and suffering to get your attention. Designing wellness in alignment with your unique blueprint, while learning how to hear the messages and the lessons your body is telling you, can not only bring about joy and satisfaction, but also heal what ails you. Reverse, diminish, or come to accept the suffering of chronic illness by designing your wellness and building (revealing) your sacred temple.

About

 

With over a decade of studying and experiencing ancient wisdom practices, Aubrey has thousands of hours as a yoga practitioner, is an E-RYT 200 yoga instructor, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a certified Jungian Life Coach, an energy healer, as well as a general lover of learning and a curious seeker of the inner workings of herself, others and the world around her. Her coaching is intuitive and puts all the facets of her passions into discovering optimal wellbeing.



Included in this program:
+ three months of weekly one-hour session; in person or Zoom
+ a Voxer channel for support between the weekly sessions
+ a tool bag consisting of Ayurvedic Nutrition, ego-integration practices and other somatic applications
