Grounded.
We’ve all seen the meme going around that says, “Kinda feeling like the Universe just sent us all to our rooms to think about what we’ve done.”
But I challenge us to a different kind of grounded. While practicing this stillness and meditation, expect to feel dizzy by the thoughts still swirling in your head, or seasick because we have yet to find sea legs, but there is also something in your spirit craving this kind of tether.
