Meditation takes on many different forms and styles as we’ve discovered through the last few weeks. This week, we have something a little different for you.

Let the sounds of these bowls bathe you with peace, and ultimately, with joy. In the many-faced collection of emotions you may be feeling, joy may not be at the surface, but it’s in there! We feel it, we know it even if its among a plethora of other feelings.

For a simple five minutes, may joy rise up and maybe even break the surface causing a smile or a lightness to your steps.
